Where do you ship from?

I am in the Netherlands and ship all products with postnl. Outside the Netherlands, the post will be delivered by local postal services.

Are my personal details safe with your company?

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, I ship worldwide. However, as most of the products are natural and plant-based, some may be restricted to your country. I do my best to keep up to date on which countries restrict which plants. If I know it's restricted, I will prevent you from ordering it. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that all items in your order are permitted in your country.

Are all your products legal?

Yes, all my products are legal to possess and trade in the Netherlands. Anyone choosing to access this website is wholly responsible for ensuring our products and information are legal within their own country.

Are your products in stock?

Yes. If you can add it to your order, it's in stock. When you submit and confirm your order, I immediately pre-pack and reserve the items in your order. This way lets me ship immediately upon receiving payment.

Do you include information in the package?

I do not include any information on the application or purpose of the products. I do not include your invoice (unless you specifically ask for it). Your package will be discreet and professionally packed.

Do you guarantee the quality of the herbs I order?

I guarantee that our products are fresh and properly identified. I can not guarantee the effectiveness of the product as pertains to any particular use or purpose. I can not replace products or be held responsible for their effectiveness or lack thereof.

How long between order and delivery?

As I pre-pack all confirmed orders, I am able to ship immediately upon receiving payment. Delivery times will be estimated by our Shipping calculator. You can avoid delays by responding promptly to our emails. An estimated shipping time table you can download here

What if the delivery is delayed?

Customs or plant inspection authorities may examine your package and delay the delivery. Your postman may attempt to deliver the package, but fail to leave a delivery note. Make sure to read our shipping email for tracking data and further instructions.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout. Please note that packing material always adds a little weight to your package.

How do you pack your products?

Most products will be packed in a bubble envelope that fits in your mailbox. This means that many times you have the option for your order to be sent as a"letter"(national optional: "as letter with Track & Trace").

Are shipments trackable?

Depending on your shipping choices shipments are trackable or not. All customers with track and trace orders will be informed by email with tracking details. It can take up to 48 hours before tracking data becomes visible.

Do you refund lost orders?

I very rarely encounter loss of our packages. When undeliverable, it will always be returned to me. It can take up to 10 weeks or more from shipping before a package is returned.

Do you refund confiscated orders?

I am not responsible for packages or products returned, seized or destroyed due to unforeseen customs regulations. As most of the products I sell are based on Tobacco, natural and largely plant-based, some may be restricted in your country. It is your final responsibility to ensure that all items in your order are allowed in your country.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept bank transfers and PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you can use their service to pay with your credit card.

Do you ship packages to another address than my own?

Yes, you can enter the delivery address during checkout. When shipping to another person we require the email address of the receiver, so that we can send our shipping email with instructions to the receiver.
